So glad to be back and start 2020 with my JKs! I honestly feel very blessed to have such great class this year! I hope you all had a great break!
Morning circle time – we had our special helper of the day adding the date to our calendar, we sang our morning songs, then added one more popcorn to our 100th Day of school counting. Today we spent some time sharing some of the fun activities we did over the break.
Snack – JKs were encouraged to eat a healthy snack.

Recess and Lunch
Language – we reviewed our phonics song for all the letters

Then we put on our detective hats
and tried to find all Ps on our paper. As we identified the uppercase and
lowercase Pp, we used the bingo dauber.
Math
– today we introduced the new unit in math. We will be learning about shapes.
