Morning circle time – we had our special helper of the day adding the date to our calendar, we sang our morning songs, then added one more popcorn to our 100th Day of school counting.
Snack – JKs were encouraged to eat a healthy snack.

Recess and Lunch
Language – we reviewed our phonics song for letter Pp. Here is

Then we had the show and tell
presentations. After show and tell, we made a list of words that begin with P.
We focused on short words, such as pet, pan, pot, pin, pig.
Math/UOI – today we made a pattern plate. We used colorful pieces of paper to build a
pattern.
Math - we used geometric pattern shapes to create pictures.

Centers – today
students had the opportunity to play with pretend food. Playing pretend helps
to develop the following: social, emotional and mental development and
communication skills.
