PE with Ms. V!

1.     Watch this YouTube Video about the Importance of Exercise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbEeaBULvys

Ms. V’s Teacher Talk:  Even though we are being asked to stay at home, it is very important that we keep our bodies moving and stay active! When we move our bodies, we exercise our heart muscles and all the other muscles we have in our bodies.

2.     Follow along with this exercise video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5if4cjO5nxo

Ms. V’s Feedback: Great job following along with the video today! How are you feeling? Can you feel your heart muscles working? Make sure you drink lots of water after this workout and continue to be active throughout the rest of your day! J

Bonjour! I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!

To start off our first French online lesson, I would like to know what you did over the March break.

On a blank sheet of paper, students will DRAW a picture of ONE thing they did over the March break. Students need to include a title (“Mes semaines de relâche”) and their name on their work.

Parents, please assist your child by using the following as a guide for ideas to help them complete the activity (they do NOT need to write the sentences, just talk about what they did by using the guide below and draw a picture).

Qu’est-ce que tu as fait pendant les semaines de relâche?
What did you do over the March break?

Je suis allé(e)… au parc, chez mon grand-père/ma grand-mère (I went to…the park, to my grandma or grandpa's house)

J’ai mangé… la pizza, la glace (I ate… pizza, ice cream)

J’ai regardé… la télévision, un film (I watched…TV, a movie)

J’ai joué…. sur mon iPad, avec mon frère/ma soeur( I played…on my iPad, with my brother/sister)

J’ai fait… des biscuits, un gâteau(I did/made…cookies, cake)

J’ai lu… un livre ( I read… a book)
