Happy Friday!

Morning circle time – we had our special helper of the day adding the date to our calendar, we sang our morning songs, then added one more popcorn to our 100^th Day of school counting. We are almost there! 4 more days!

Snack – JKs were encouraged to eat a healthy snack.

Today we worked on beginning sounds. JKs were instructed to look at the picture and color the correct beginning sound. 

Math/UOI – in math we used number puzzles to reinforce numeracy.

Centers -  today JKs had different types of blocks to explore. Blocks are great for developing the following: problem solving, imagination, self expression, mathematics, creativity, science, self –esteem, social and emotional growth.
