Happy Monday!

Morning circle time – we had our special helper of the day doing our calendar, we sang our morning songs, then added one more popcorn to our 100^th Day of school counting. On Mondays we usually do our "sharing time". Everyone has a turn to hold the ball and is encouraged to share about something interesting happened on the weekend. 

Snack – JKs were encouraged to eat a healthy snack.

Recess and Lunch

Language – this week we are learning about the letter C. JKs used play dough to form the uppercase and lowercase C.

Math/UOI – in math we completed a sorting activity which we tied with our UOI. We reminded ourselves about the dentist visit and which foods are healthy for the teeth. Then students had to cut pictures of different foods and glue them in the correct box (healthy teeth/non healthy teeth).

Centers – students had the choice of playing with blocks, play food and lacing.
