Recess and Lunch

Morning circle time – we had our special helper of the day doing our calendar, we sang our morning songs, then added one more popcorn to our 100^th Day of school counting.

Language – today we learned the letter a song for Jolly Phonics, then we used play dough to form the uppercase and lowercase a.

Next, as part of our Unit of Inquiry, we talked about our favourite snacks and if they were healthy or not. Then we read the book titled: I Will Not Ever Never Eat a Tomato and talked about eating/trying different foods. We talked how we are risk-takers when we do that.

We also had the "All About Me" bag presentations, we will continue tomorrow.

 

 

 

 

Math – in math we use counters to show quantity.
