Music class – please visit Ms. McMillan’s blog https://mrsmcmillanmusic.blogspot.com/Morning circle time – we had our special helper of the day adding the date to our calendar, we sang our morning songs, then added one more popcorn to our 100^th Day of school counting. JKs also shared what they did over the long weekend. 

Snack – JKs were encouraged to eat a healthy snack.

Recess and Lunch

Language – we learned the name, sound and formation of letter J. Then we all became detectives and tried to find all Js on our paper. As we found the Js we dabbed. 

Science Experiment - today we began our experiemnt on sink or float. JKs contribuited with their hyposthesis by choosing one item to test in the water. They all guessed if certain objects would sink or float.

Centers - today JKs had different types of blocks to explore. Blocks are great for developing the following: problem solving, imagination, self expression, mathematics, creativity, science, self –esteem, social and emotional growth.
